Le Coq
This is a small painting of an interesting rooster I encountered while I was visiting San Juan, Puerto Rico. He was very beautiful and arrogant, he crowed for me twice, I was flattered. I took many photos of him and did this painting which in turn inspired a cubist version of him. It’s funny how even poultry can inspire a couple of paintings. He is 16 x 16 x.75 inches, the edges are painted, it will be wired before shipping
