Study in Sepia #1
I wasn't sure which category to put my sepia studies, but here they are. I had this serious need to explore some monochromatic studies. This one is a nice horizontal composition in sepia tones of a cubist deconstruction of faces. It has a calming feel to it with the tonal abstractions. 24x48x1.25 oil and cold wax on canvas. The edges are a continuance of the painting and it's ready to hang.
